Spain wins... but Mr. Husband...

did not win anything.. well, he has been informed as a top 5 in that photography competition, but with unfortunate event and with a very strong argument by the VVIP, his picture has to be removed among the Top 5. Anyway, maybe rezeki not on his side at this point of time. Mr. Husband was calmed but of course knowing that you were among the Top 5 (and that was the reason why he was so hype to drive all the way from Jalan Kuching to Putrajaya) then was rejected, you could not deny it was quite disappointed..

well, at least his picture was chosen by the judge, I mean the expert.. but not to the VVIP (judge pilih dulu, then baru VVIP pilih).. 

yes, I am still quite awake after watching the match between Spain and Netherlands, Spain wins but what will happen after this, Paul the Octopus will become more popular than the Holland's team :).. Well, both team are equally the same, the way they played, the strength and the weaknesses to me, was the same, but luck on the Spain's team.. Congratulations..

But anyway, we had this Emir's birthday mini celebration at Pullman Hotel. Nothing much, just a simple and small cake at the coffee house, enough to make my little munchkin happy. Guess what, he has not even blow his candles since his 4th Birthday. He requested to celebrate his birthday at his Atok's house with the Mickey Mouse cake.. insyaAllah, when the time permits.. but to throw a birthday party, I dont think I'm gonna do that this year.. maybe small may be not..  yelah rase tak sesuai, ayah Emran baru je meninggal kan.. even Emir told me he doesnt want a birthday party, cukup kat Atok's house.. that what was he said..

My husband's blogs

Do you know my husband has four blogs!! apart from his Flickr?? but out of these four blogs, three blogs are dedicated to his passion in photography and another blog is too technical. :) In conclusion, basically Mr. Husband doesn't blog about crap things like me hehehe.

He questioned me on why I didn't read his blogs but errr... errr... what should I read?? tak de gosip tak syiok laaa hahaha. Anyway, Mr. Husband I might say a hidden talented photographer, ramai dah mintak dia amik gambar but as for now, he will be your photographer on a voluntary basis, mainly not for money.. 

And today, he left to participate in a photography contest at Putrajaya - dunno lah wat contest, but it is in Putrajaya. hope he can win, so mane tau, part of the cash prize can be contributed for our trip to South Africa (hahahaha)..

Happy, tak happy, happy, tak happy

Tak happy - kene marah dengan boss hari ni, this is not a simple marah-marah. ni marah marah yang hmm.. banyak betul perkara pertama yang berlaku kat sini..

"Ibu tanak buat macam ni??"

- sepanjang I keje and tiga kali ade boss, inilah boss paling garang dalam sejarah hidup I. 

- Entah lah, penat rasa tunggang terbalik untuk Company kali ni, dan dalam sejarah jugak, inilah Company pertama yang saya keje macam nak pengsan, tiada rehat dari pukul 8.30 sampai 5.30 petang. bekerja semata. usha usha internet adalah, tapi tu bile tengah penat perah otak. sungguh I betul-betul guna otak kiri dan kanan untuk syarikat ini. harus ingat, jarang benar untuk company ni I boleh balik 5.30..

kenapa I list down semua, sebab I think I am quite demotivated today. Why? Well, when your boss said something that you dont like to hear after your hard work. Period malas nak complaint. Lagipun semua tempat ade ups and down kan. so hari ni hari yang I down down.. 

 

Tapi one thing good about my current boss, she gives me something that I could not even gain at my previous Company, it was such a privilege to earn a knowledge that I own now. Even though there are still a lot that I have to learn, but again, I have left very far far from my 4 years experience at the previous Company. She gives me the trust, she gives me the confident to talk (yerp I have conducted countless technical meeting on my own). Tapi itulah, dia garang sungguh huhuhu..  Nak masuk bilik dia rasa mau jatuh jantung ni, nak nak bile dia call and say "can you come to my room now" or with such simple email "please brief".

Happy - Encik husband mengofferkan diri nak ikut pi Johannesburg!! Yeay!! Malas nak tanye dia lebih lebih sebab ye lah takut nanti frust lagi macam pergi LA tu, mule-mule kate nak ikut, lepas tu tak nak, last last tak nak pun.. so kali ni malas nak happy kaw kaw dulu sampai la dia pi beli tiket. Tapi still tak tau, bulan ape nak pergi, yang for sure kene tahun ni jugak lah, sebab tiket valid sampai bulan December jer.

   

Cerita lama - 1Superkids Family Day

Aah sungguh Along akan marah saya, rasanya nak dekat dua bulan jugak lah cerite ni dah selesai, sebelum pi LA lagi, tapi I baru terhegeh-hegeh nak upload. 

Mule-mule cerite dia macam ni, Along adalah message I kat Gtalk, dia cerite dia nak buat Family Day, lepas tu dia tanye Mira nak bukak booth ke tak, so tanpe rasa ragu ragu, ye lah honest mase tu nak tolong Along, terus jer cakap OK, tapi dalam kepala sungguh tak fikir mase tu nak jual ape.. Saja nak meriah kan booth..

Lepas tu tengok Along buat promosi besar-besaran, banyak betul penaja yang masuk, majalah Nur, Karangkraf, Playhousedisney. Mule mule sungguh Along, ingat gathering biase gitu jer.. lepas dah tengok promosi macam nak rak, aaa baru tahu, ni bukan sebarang Family Day.

Along mase tu dah mintak dah, mane banner I, nak jual ape.. serious tak decide, cakap kat Along nak buat Bubble Tea, lepas tu seminggu sebelum Family Day tu, cerite lah kat my mother, dia kate, tak ke nyusahkan buat air ni, nak angkut, nak angkat, nak bancuh. Lepas tu fikir ye tak ye jugak. Lepas tu mama tanye, tahu ke nak buat air nyer.. Bubble Tea ni macam segala bende letak susu, carrot susu, honeydew susu, lepas tu letak jelly, sedap!! Lepas tu baru terpikir, alamak serious tak tau buat, tahu beli je, agak agak boleh laa, tapi ni nak jual, buat malu "ini adalah bini Encik Emran".

Lagi seminggu baru tekedek kedek pikir nak jual ape, sekali pikir punyer pikir, barulah teringat Encik Emran ni ada lah beli baju yang sebegitu banyakkkk konon nyer nak suruh I jual mase dia bagi tempoh konon konon I boleh berhenti keje (sekali tak boleh pun ;p). Sekali tibe tibe bile Encik Emran tak kasi saya berenti keje dan I pun dapat keje baru, jadi baju tu pun terperam  buat pekasam.. bukak dari plastik pun tidak.. So decide la jual baju tu..

Lepas tu pikir balik, selalu nyer orang datang gathering ni mane laa nak beli baju kan. bawak duit pun tak de lah banyak mane pun.. so I pun mule lah ligat cari source mane pulak nak kembalikan balik sewa booth, sekali terpikirlah nak jual toys :) so sehari sebelum tu, barulah terkedek kedek sekali lagi nak cari toys ape..

So di hari itu, wah banyak betul orang yang jual, bile tengok semua orang betul2 semangat, mase tu kite dah naik segan la, I ni macam main2 pun iyer jugak. huhu mase tu pulak tak bawak Emir sebab kalau bawak sure Emir tak boleh duduk diam, jadi melepas lah Emir nak dapat Goodie bag dari Playhousedisney. Tapi takpe..

Tengok ramai betul geng geng blogger, tapi sungguhlah nak tegur ni i segan, lainkan i kenal, cari tuan rumah, dia punyer lah ke kiri, ke kanan, lepas tu hilang, sungguh busy Along hari itu.

Macam macam acara ade, ade ajar macam mane nak ikat tudung, ada acara dengan anak anak, ada acara untuk bapak, dan ada acara untuk seisi keluarga. I ni teringin jugak nak join tapi kene jage booth, kalau tau besau macam ni, tak nak bukak kedai hahaha.. :p

oh sebelum itu, Wisma Bling Lustre ini terletak di Puchong, kalau ade yang nak buat training ke, seminar ke memang sesuai lah tempat ni. khas untuk anak anak pun ade. Kalau nak tahu lebih lanjut boleh tanye Along (tuan punye kedai ni).

macam mane business kiterang hari tu, err untung di sini, rugi pada hari tu jugak. baju baju tu tak laku pun, dua orang je beli, yang laku nun tu haaa mainan mainan tu, lagi satu nasib tak jual air, air Along kasik free jer sepanjang majlis tu berlangsung. since adik adik tolong tukang jual hari tu, tanye derang nak duit ke nak belanje makan, so derang kate nak makan.. hahaha, senang kan.. so bawak la derang pergi makan.. tapi bile pergi makan tu, kaw kaw derang order, biase lah adik adik aku kan.. :) alang alang kakak dia nak belanje, belasah je lah hahahaha.. 

with Mimi and Cik Yah tukang tolong, tapi nampak tu, duit tak rate-rate.. nampak benor tak reti berniaga hahaha

Anyway, memang kagum tengok kawan sendiri dah ade usaha untuk berniaga, is not easy to run a business, even mira ni yang buat sikit sikit, pun kadang2 malas jugak nak layan, ye la ade setengah tu banyak songeh kan , ade setengah ok.. apetah kalau nak jage satu kedai, tiga tingkat lagi.. kagum kagum.. 

   

Anak anda susah potong rambut?? mari berkawan dengan Emir...

Mase mula mula dulu, potong rambut adalah satu pekerjaan yang amat senang, walau pun mak nyer tidak lah pandai potong rambut, tapi keje cukup mudah.. letak saje atas kerusi ke ape, kerja memotong adalah tidak menyusahkan.. mungkin ada antara kamu kamu masih lagi ingat gambar ni..

Gambar ini diambil sebelum ibu Emir membuat Emir jadi agak kurang hensem. Ala ala Abu Bakar Elah (cari gambar, tapi tak jumpe pulak mane pergi).. Tapi itu adalah history macam mane Emir dan gunting rambut.. Lepas tu bile dah besar sikit, Atok dia pun offerkan diri gunting kan rambut untuk Emir, sebab Atok Emir cakap, kalau kedai potong tak hensem.. 

Mane taknyer maknyer bukain main suruh potong rambut kasik pendek, sebab nak bawak pergi kedai gunting bukan lah satu easy job., banyak betul pengeras nya, macam macam kene ikut cakap dia. sebab tu kalau sekali potong, sependek-pendek la I akan suruh orang tu potongkan.. handsome tak handome belakang kire, asalkan nak tumbuh rambut tu biar ambik mase sikit..

kadang-kadang tukang gunting rambut laki, tapi satu jelah Emir tak mau pergi kedai gunting rambut mamak, agak nya dia takut tengok mamak tu potong cepat sangat. selalu nyer kene bawak saloon untuk gunting rambut..

Gambar dua ni, gambar yang paling last Emir gunting rambut.. mase ni dia mintak kipas pusing pusing kat basikal tu, mule mule malas nak belikan, tapi adoi, kalau dah buat aksi jerit jerit macam orang kene dera, lepas tu dia pulak dan dan agree nak potong rambut.. terus saje..

Masa ni gunting rambut kat Tropicana, perempuan ni serious betul, tak de friendly langsung dengan budak, tak macam mamat kat atas tu. Tapi satu lah, tukang gunting rambut ni sampai orang beratur nak dia guntingkan rambut, padahal ade pekeja lain jugak.. sbb tu kot serious.. tak sempat nak rehat...

   

Cara-cara Emir tengok Tv - Part 2

Susulan dari entry ini.. ini adalah lagi satu cara macam mane Emir tengok TV..

Yer, mungkin mak dia tak mampu nak beli kerusi Ikea pelbagai warna ataupun mungkin mak dia tak ade kerusi empuk dari Macy, jadi tempat yang paling sesuai adalah di dalam bakul biru.. :)

Adat budak budak, mak ayah nyer sibuk benor lah bekerja siang dan malam nak kasik anak main mainan Fisher Price, pakai pampers Mami Poko (Emir Drypers), minum susu Mamil Gold (Emir Dugro ajer) tapi balik balik anak -anak lagi suke main baldi ketuk ketuk jadi dram, makan telur goreng lauk kicap kan kan :)

Another related question? siapakah pilihan anda malam ini Uruguay or Netherlands?? On paper, I think Netherlands gonna win this semi final and Germany will walk away with the World Cup title kan.. Aktiviti saya malam ini, tidur awal dan sila bangun pukul 2.30 di samping keje yang tinggi menggunung, tak siap siap.. phew!!

    

Where to eat at Solaris??... Mee Jawa Restaurant

Mr. Husband was quite excited to show me the location of Subway which was a distance away from our house. Tak de lah distance pun, tapi dekat jugaklah. Well, I am happy to tell you that my little Emir will choose Subway rather than McD or KFC, yeah, did I tell you that he is a veggie lover as well??? I didn't teach him honestly, but I guess it has been taught at his school. 

So, Subway is there at Solaris, Emran sibuk cakap - senang je, turun kerete terus masuk kedai. So, next to the Subway, my eyes caught at these rows of bouquet of flowers and the big banner of "Mee Jawa - Grand Opening 5 July". Since this area is still I might say - vacant, so seeing the crowd in one restaurant is pretty much interesting. 

I asked Mr. Husband to stop by but unfortunately only me ordered the dinner while the two of them played badminton. Yada  yada, I bought rackets for Emir and Emir couldnt resist to play after watching Upin and Ipin - Jaguh Kampung.

The owner has done quite well with the interior design. No doubt that the ambiance in the restaurant evokes the mood of the customers even the menu and the prices are quite reasonable.

So, since Mee Jawa is their specialty, I ordered one for me.. oh, understand that, they do have one branch at Pavillion..

but I can only utter this word -- My mum's mee jawa jauh lagii sedap!!! :) Seriously...

Usually, I only updated my listing once I received the prize from the contest organizer. But yes, I do encounter those organizer yang langsung tak buat announcement, and senyap terus tak bagi-bagi hadiah Tapi tak pe, rezeki mane-mane je kan, masuk pun suka suka.. but dont be surprised, pasal contest kecik kecik ni pun, ade jugak yang take it serious sampai nak gaduh gaduh.. ish ish ish.. kelakar pun iyer jugak, bukan ke, adat pertandingan, ada kalah ade menang.. cool la kan...

   

and so I redeem my Sloggi vouchers

yesterday at The Gardens. Anyway, I am on MC today, I might say, a weird tummy pain and diarrhea followed by vomiting. I was ready to go to work but unfortunately the pain became unbearable, called Naz asking her opinion since I already had an extensive leaves records. Takut weih nak amik MC..

Since I had a con call this morning, so I gagahkan diri pergi office jugak, but half way, I couldnt make it cos I need the toilet,, seriously dude, something funny. and I vomited once again. and finally I decided to take a rest at home. Ni betul betul lah MC, and I was weak, ye laa air dah banyak keluar kan.. Called office and text my partner but still I keep my eyes closed for an incoming emails. Had to cancel the con call. 

The day before, while Emir and Papa enjoyed their dinner at The Chicken Rice Shop, I refused to eat (which was a weird of me), tak lalu giler nak makan, loya macam nak muntah pun ade. So, I didnt take anything for dinner. So my last meal was my lunch with my colleagues, with Tom Yam and White rice, but the thing is, I sorang jee sakit perut padahal orang lain pun order tomyam jugak. So I dont know. maybe perut lain-lain kot.

Ok, dont get me wrong, I am not pregnant, korang bile nampak je loya sakit perut pening-pening, terus kamu kamu ingat orang ngandung..ish ish ish Kalau ade amin... but I dont think so. and I am not going to check pun, malas.. check check asyik negative je. so malas nak amik tau..

So, balik dari klinik, after godek-godek komputer, internet sane sini kejap, i terus kedebummmm sampai la pukul 6 huhu.. but yang tak best tu, bile bangun terus sakit perut!!!! I hope everything is back to normal tomorrow. but still loya.. uwaaa. Mr. husband pun pelik, jarang benor laa bini dia lembik lagu ni kan..

Anyway, back to the main story.. I have redeemed my winning vouchers from Sloggi contest. One of the voucher expired on 30 June, tu yang baru tergopoh gapah nak redeem tu, the rest expired on 31 July, so dah alang-alang, redeem je sekali arong..

After reading Kak Ros's experienced redeeming the same vouchers, so I already set my mind that would not going to be easy dealing with the sales assistant cos they might persuade us to buy more than the amount stated on the vouchers. My first step, I went to Origin (voucher RM250)

The sales assistant was friendly, he asked me what I wanted - body or skin care, so since honestly I already abandoned my facial thingy quite some time, so I chose skin care. memang la best bile dengar kan, he tested my skin, which products are suitable for my skin and wat not. While I was nearly buying something else, Encik Emran sibuk panggil I suruh bawak Emir gi toilet. so i had to excuse myself and rushed to the toilet for Emir. and when I came back to the shop that sales assistant was entertaining other customer. Phew, so yang lagi sorang tu malas-malas sikit nak layan. So I just took what I want and cabut!! u know, i memang senang sikit makan cakap SA ni haha. But again I have to pay an extra of RM18. Combine2 macam mane pun still kene bayar RM18 extra, cos the facial wash cost RM88 (and I desperately need it) and toner, moisturizer, serum all priced at RM180, but I chose serum.  so total priced was RM268. 

Then, I have two others vouchers to redeem, Sloggi products worth RM135 and Sloggi voucher worth RM50 which apparently I could not combine. Sloggi voucher is only applicable for Sloggi bra minus RM50. So, I went to Robinsons. And it was again, not an easy task. The SA has to make a call to confirm on my vouchers since the RM135 vouchers tu surat photocopy biase jer.. Memanglah susah nak percaya kan..

Then after a few calls, the SA confirmed that I have not utilised the vouchers (ingat I muke nak tipu kot huhu), so she said that I can redeem so long it does not exceed RM135. So instead of choosing Sloggi bra which already cost at RM89.90 (minimum), so I chose panties. Sudahlah kamu Mira, cakap saje lah tak de size :p. I managed to grab 6 sets which cost at RM131+. 

But again, the SA made another call to confirm my items. Lame gak la depa sembang dalam bahasa yang I tak paham. Tup tap tup tap, the SA said, this voucher is only applicable for 1 bra and 1 panties. Wah ape lagi, dengan menggunakan kepakaran yang sedikit dalam memahami bait-bait ayat Law, I kindly told the SA that the letter didnt state any such condition on the items. By right if they wanted to do so, it should be earlier stated on the letter, ni tak dak pun.

So this SA buat lah another call dan another call. Finally BOLEH pun. Tapi untuk Sloggi voucher tu malas la nak argue kan, kang dua dua tak dapat lagi leceh haha. But i didnt redeem the Sloggi voucher yang RM50 tu, sebab not worth it, cam mane pun at least u kene tambah RM40. tak mo la..

I already informed my sister, in case depa nak kan.. tapi depa tak mo.. so ade orang nak tak voucher sloggi ni, cos I am not going to use it, RM50. Kalau nak drop me a note yer. Kalau tak, burn begitu saje, but just wanna inform u, sloggi bra price at a minimum of RM80+.

p/s gambo sekarang dari iphone ni sungguhlah tidak berkualiti..
