Honestly, dekat sini barulah mata i terbukak sikit dan seharusnya i ada rase sedikit merendah diri.. ok fine lah kan, i ni orang belajar dekat malaysia je, bukan setakat malaysia, nun ceruk kat tronoh tu and here these young people graduated all over the world.
oklah, dulu i keje kat tempat international katenyer but how to say, i tak nampak what was the different between them and me.. but bile i masuk sini, i cume cakap dalam hati, hmm untungnya P*E*TT dapat ambik budak-budak yang bijak.. and they just can select anyone they want dan majoriti orang akan cakap ye bila offer datang dari sini..
you know, dalam tu ada banyak overseas graduates, tapi personally i paling salute those adik adik yang graduated dari US and canada.. tell you, they are so much different compared to those yang graduated elsewhere.. no offense ya, i sendiri graduate malaysia je..
they are so ready for work, i rase dekat situlah nampak nya perbezaan yang sangat ketara dari US education and UK education and what I had obviously seen have been agreed by some of my experienced colleagues. i guess in States they are not really exam oriented and emphasize on practical, sebab tu mereka-mereka ni tak takut ke depan and shared their ideas, and they did not afraid whether their ideas were wrong. Bile derang explain satu bende tu especially on very technical part, betul-betul macam dah lame keje and mind you, derang sendiri belum pernah ade experienced keje.
Salah satunya adik adik yang kat atas ni, ,they are geologist, sorang dari Canada, sorang dari US, yang kecik kat tepi tu, kalau tengok dia, kite akan rasa dia takut-takut bile nak cakap, but when the mic is given to her, she really made my eyes wide open.. she really can talk and very good in presentation. same goes yang berdiri kat tengah-tengah tu..
ok lah fine, maybe i overrated, tapi tak taulah, i memang terasa sangat perbezaan dia.. even i cakap kat laki i, if only i ade duit lebih, i nak hantar Emir ke US rather than UK. again, please no offense, it is purely coming from my experienced. Sebab bile dah keje i rase, practical is more important rather than you have a very good mark theoretically.
so i can understand mase kite dalam class dulu bile lecturer kate ade soalan tak, selagi boleh tak de sape nak angkat tangan tanye soalan, selagi boleh kite nak balik cepat-cepat, and yes ape nak buat, i sendiri dah diajar dengan culture macam tu..
p/s gambar kat atas tu err she is the shark in the classs tapi hati baikkkk!! Peace Sharina :) (in case you are reading this)
adik lelaki me yg keje petronas tu grad us (texas)...memang sgt over bab2 keje hehhehe me lps jd lecturer baru berani..time student me tak berapa berani, wpun me yg paling berani dlm kelas :p
ReplyDeleteila pun malu2 jugak.. tapi anak2 ila nak didik jangan pemalu..
ReplyDelete;), mmg nmpk beza dari segi keterbukaan utk berckp dan lontarkan ideas ..hehehe
ReplyDeletesetuju memang nampak sangat bezanya...i tgk my cousin jer yg belajar UK dan US....memang budaya belajar dan bekerja sangat berbeza :)
ReplyDeleteI tak sure tentang itu sebab i pun grad malaysia jer...hehe.....bab2 nak tanya lecturer sume tunduk, so true. Itu la i. I dalam kelas dulu sangat penakut dengan lecturer. Hehehe......
