Moii

and tak sah kalau pergo Disney tak ambik this spot

Now, lets begin the story. I told myself that I should exit the Disneyland at 630 in case I get lost. But unfortunately, that place was too irresistable, I only managed to step off from the Disneyland around 730 pm (cerah lagi). Since there were no staffs know which bus should i use to go to the Metroline, so they asked me to use this shuttle bus..

I thought the bus stopped me at any bus stop, but no no no, the bus only stopped at the CAR PARK and the car park area is very very very big space. So I asked the guard and he asked me to walk down the street and waited for the bus.

So, when I reached there, one gentleman told me to take Bus no 43. Again, I think I waited for the bus for almost 40 minutes and it was already dark. I told the bus driver to stop me at the Metroline station, this time I asked the driver few times.

I was quite panicked as seriously I didnt know where to go and it seems the route did not match when I came. I stopped the bus (nak turun lah), then the bus driver shouted at me

"Lady, you said you want to go to Metroline Station"
"yes"
"Step up, I am going there"

Again, after 10 minutes the bus did not stop, so I asked again
"where is Metroline station"
"I will stop exactly at Metroline"

Ok, I reached there but yes, it was not the same place as before. I asked local people around where to buy the Metroline ticket and you know, they didnt know.. All they know were Amtrak.

Dengan hati yang luke, I know I have to spend another $16 (ye ye saya kedekut, even though mase tu dah pukul 8.40 malam). So I had no choice but to purchase the Amtrak ticket at $14 and guess what...

THE TRAIN ARRIVED at 10.30 pm and the last train from Union Station to Hollywood was at 11.30 pm and the journey from Anaheim to Union Station would take almost 1 hour. Tak gelabah??? Gelabah giler ok..

And the station adalah sangat scary..

Tengoklah station ni, KOSONG and adalah homeless people tidor.. This is San Pedro station

But at least ade sorang mamat ni nak pergi San Diego (saw the ticket) and dia pakai proper.. (boleh percaya lah), bace business magazine.. so even dia bangun, I ikut dia dari belakang senyap-senyap hahaha.

and the train only arrived at 10.40pm ok... added some spice of my "kegelabahan".

I reached Union Station at 11.30pm and never in my life I really run to catch the train. Macam orang nak lari Amazing Race tu, macam tu lah aku lari ok. Asked the guard, and lucky me the train still ade..

I ran and quickly purchased the ticket. But imagine, there were no staffs around, and they only rely on ticket kiosk. Dah la nak cepat, the machine REJECTED my cash.. (mase ni serious nak nangis). After few attempts, the machine managed to accept my $1.25.

So, I was in the train heading to Hollywood at 11.40pm. and tell ya... I was scared.. tahulah orang US macam mane kan.. takut jugak, and the tourist pun macam tak betul jer.. Nampak mabuk semua.

I supposed to stop at Hollywood Highlands until I found out that I WAS AT THE WRONG TRAIN!!

Mase tu menyumpah diri sendiri, macam mane boleh tak perasan...

and it was already 11.50pm. again LUCKY me.. ade couple sesat macam I, so I joined them and MEMANG LARI MAUT punyer.. cos the right train dah sampai and GUESS WHAT, elevator was so far away, so we had to use stairs and the stairs - REALLY HIGH.. U know macam dekat KLIA tu, yang elevator tinggi sekali tu, macam tu lah jauhnyer.. Imagine macam mane I lari...

and YES THAT WAS THE LAST TRAIN OF THAT DAY.. Phew...

Finally I arrived Hollywood Highland and my journey didnt end there. I had to walk for another 15 minutes to reach my hotel.
Dah la tak boleh sembahyang, nak bace ape pun tak tau. I seriously recite whatever I could remember. Tawakal jer. Takut ade gun shot ke ape, dah la sorang, kalau jadi ape-ape, no one knows me. Jumpe orang yang tak berape betul tok sah cakap lah..  I kept walking, I dun really care that I was cold, all I think that time was, I must be safe and sound..

and Alhamdulillah, I was soo relief when I saw Comfort Inn at 1230 am...................

Yes, the priceless experience but dont think I want to do it again.

Los Angeles - Day 5 - The most adventurous day in LA (Part 1)

Bear with me, I only have two days to go and perhaps another 2 to 3 entries about LA, then Im off, back to nag about my daily life. Anyway, Day 5 marked the most memorable journey that I won't encounter anywhere (I think so). In conclusion, I am really having a bad sense of direction and I think I am quite brave, independent .. hehehe.. But to repeat again no no no..

Day 5 was the only full day for me as a solo traveler. Based on my schedule, I should visit Universal Studio since I know that Disneyland is too too far away + I already visited Disneyland in Japan just few months back. But since I dunno lah, maybe because I brought along my laptop, so I had ample time for Disneyland's website to influence me on the day before.

So there you go, tutup mata, jalan saja. Based on the internet, to go to the Disneyland Anaheim, California by public transport - from Hollywood, I have to take subway at Hollywood Highlands to Union Station, then take either Amtrak line or Metrolink line and stop at Anaheim.

I browsed the internet and find out Metrolink line cost $7+, however, Amtrak line on that day, the site was under maintenance. Oklah fine. I reached Union Station around 10am, and straight away, I found the Metroline Kiosk and immediately I  bought the ticket to Anaheim.

And this is my thought, the platform is really confusing, it took me a while to get to the right platform and it was so hard to see the staff around, but UNFORTUNATELY, when I asked the staff, he told me, "the next train is at 2+pm" I was like WHAT, unlike in Japan, the signboard was marked clear the train line to Disneyland and seriously I thought, the train is always around. So the staff told me to ask the counter in case I can get the refund.

But again UNFORTUNATELY, I could only change the ticket to 2pm, the original ticket EXPIRED at 1pm (sakit hati tak, dah la mahal), but going to Disneyland at 2pm.. No way, so I asked the counter and she asked me to go to Amtrak line.

At Amtrak line, the next train would be around 11am (if I am not mistaken) and I was so shocked cos the ticket cost me $16, so now I have spent $23 (nak dekat RM70 ok), but since I already planned to go there, so let it be..

Amtrak train is a two levels train. But my journey didn't end there. When I reached the Anaheim station, there was NO sign on  how to go to the Disneyland, but based on my findings earlier on, I can just walked around 20 min (my GPS also stated 20 min) and mind you, I was in the middle of nowhere.. yes, I saw the cab, but thinking of I already spent $23 bucks, so I decided to walk.

Again, sorry I am comparing with Japan, I was hoping that someone is also going to Disneyland, but only less than 10 people stopped at Anaheim, can you imagine, public transport is sooo not popular here. So, I started to walk, again, there was NOBODY walking, except me. I was a bit panicked. I couldn't find a cab and I couldn't find the Disney's signboard.

So, I reached the Anaheim stadium and asked at the counter, the guy told me that it was still FARRRRRRRRRRRR and he suggested me to take a bus, I agreed since I have already walked for 20 minutes. So, I waited for the bus here.

Dunno where lah, but somewhere around. I was at the opposite side. The first thing when I stepped into the bus, I asked the bus driver whether that bus was heading to Disneyland and the bus driver said Yes. I told him to stop me at the Disneyland. Seriously, this is farrrrrr away from my reading.. I didnt have a clue at all where to go. Before that, it was nearly to 1pm.

but UNFORTUNATELY, I was sitting behind the driver and to make it worst, behind the pillar. After few minutes on the bus, I saw the Disney sign but UNFORTUNATELY, the bus didn't stop. So, I was like, okay.. maybe ade jalan lain kot, since Disneyland tu nampak too far away.. I heard people screaming.. The bus was packed with locals and everyone was looking at this young lady with bertudung. So, I passed by Orange County, I passed by Chedar, macam-macam lah, and that was nooooottt goood, hati ni dah jantung naik dah, takut babe, ntah mane2 tah kawasan.. so before the bus reached Long Beach (the last station and I was actually two stations away), I asked the bus driver

"where is Disneyland" and UNFORTUNATELY the bus driver touched his head and said

"I am so sorry. I forgot about you" I was like WHATTTTTTTTTTTTT

But I am calmly asked the bus driver "Ok what should I do now"
"You have to cross the street, and take another bus and stop at Harbor Boulevard"

Sob sob sob.. so my transportation fee sudah jadi ($7 + $16 + $1.25 +1.25)

I remember I stopped at Chedar, but seriously I have no mood to take pictures cos it was already 1pm+ (rugilah masuk Disneyland lambat-lambat). Plus, I was so mad with the system and afraid at the same time. I was in the middle of nowhere. Behind me at the bus stop, ade polis investigating something, and the guy sitting beside me was busy solving his crossword puzzle and they were two homeless ladies sleeping in front of me. So nice view tak?? hehe (sekarang gelak la, mase tu risau jugak). and the bus only came after 20 minutes of waiting (that time, I dah sumpah-sumpah ok, public transport, elok lagi Malaysia). and at this time, I tak takut pun cos I was really really really really MAD.

There you go, I stopped at Harbor Boulevard but the bus didn't stop at the front gate ok. UNFORTUNATELY I still have to walk around 10 minutes to reach there (of course with the guide of passer by).

and I only reached Disneyland at 2.10pm and still bought the ticket at the price of $72. Bengang betul mase tu.. but thinking of I may not have a chance to reach here again, so ok lah..

It took me 4 hours to see this sign

Finally I reached the destination. Disneyland California. Two exciting park California Adventure and Disneyland Theme Park, I opted to go to Disneyland

Japan Trip - Day 8 - DisneySea, Tokyo (Part 2)

Lets continue with Part 2 of DisneySea. Did you know that DisneySea is only available in Tokyo, which means we only have one DisneySea in the world. But honestly, DisneySea is more suitable for adults as this place is much more relax and peaceful.

After we watched the Dream Cruise performance, we rushed (again running) to Mediterranean Harbor as another performance has started. Well, I was the one who took the picture since Mr. Husband was carrying Emir..

Can you see Donald Duck and Daisy Duck??

And here is the Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse

On our way to 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. Experiencing of 10  minutes of submariner's job. If you go to Disneysea, this will be one my recommendation :)

But along the way, Emir sangatlah takut.. and picture above was one of our view

The seat.. and the journey :) Emir didnt dare to move!!

Later, we went to Mermaid Lagoon but unfortunately we were late to take an official photo with Ariel. But anyway, we couldnt too as Emir cried on the way to Ariel's room.. yeay it was quite dark .

Since Ariel's was not there, we were lucky as there were no queue at all!!, Those who have children, Mermaid Lagoon is the perfect place for your little ones especially for the girls.

The lighting were too colorful and Mr Husband didnt snap many pictures here.. katenyer "gambar tak cantik"

Mermaid Lagoon from far far far away..

The final fireworks and live performance of the day. Found out that we have lost my SIL's Mickey tag which has been worn by Emir. My SIL collected the Disney tag and she really taking care of it.. takut gilakkk mase tu..

Cari cari tak jumpe, and we have no mood to proceed with anything. But thinking the ticket that we have paid, so we decided to go to Arabian Coast

And for me, the Magic Lamp Theater performance is the most exciting adventure in DisneySea.. 3D show and Emir was amazed!! kagum dia..

The Arabian Coast at night! While Emir went for a merry go round ride, Mr. Husband was searching high and low for the tag but still, the result was disappointing.. Lame jugak la tunggu Mr. Husband cari..

So, we went to Lost and Found Department.. and Alhamdulillah someone has returned the tag to the Lost and Found Department, I think if it is in Malaysia, sure dah hilang..

Anyway, my SIL once lost her favorite glove (sebelah je) at Disneyland and reported to the Lost and Found Department and the next two weeks, my SIL received a parcel from Disneyland with the missing glove inside!!

From and to Disneysea, we have to take this Mickey monorail to and from Maihama Station..

Left right up front centre adalah Mickey..

Yes, it was raining on the way back but not as cold as it was when we were at Disneyland.. :) and Emir again.. as one happy toddler...

That's all for Disneysea.. Sekian terima kasih..
