Medan Ikan Bakar - Port Klang - one disappointment

nama penuh tempat ni i lupa.. Medan Ikan Bakar Tanjung Harapan, Port Klang / Pelabuhan Kelang / Klang -- saje buat gini, senang orang nak cari kat Google.. supposedly i think i have updated once upon a time ago.. tapi tak jumpe pulak entry nyer..


Hari Jumaat lepas, lepas pulang dari kerje, ajak hubby makan seafood and surprisingly he said YES.. so off he drove us there, but until one junction, he asked me 


"cepat-cepat, Jeram ke Port Klang, kalau Jeram kene lalu kanan, kalau Port Klang kiri"


i seperti biase.. suka hati-lah, mane-mane dekat..


and he chose left..


Before we reached there, I already had all the menus in mind.. - Sotong goreng tepung, udang tiga rasa, and ikan bakar.. either kerapu or siakap,, tak kisah mane-mane..


i think since it was holiday festive season plus many of us receiving extra cash, serious banyak nye orang compared to the last time we were here..


The waiter said


"abang, makanan tunggu dalam setengah jam, nak order ape-ape ke"


Perut sudah bunyi.. so we ordered..


Fruit cocktail -- which turned out to be an ice cream cocktail
Tauhu Bakar - sedap
Rojak buah - tak rasa, Encik E ate it all!!
Otak-otak - sedap, tapi sikit pedas..


Banyak?? Yaaa, he ordered :)

While waiting, Emir opened his new puzzle, pandai betul, berderet orang jual mainan.. so I bought Emir RM6 Angry Bird's puzzle.

Finally the food arrived.. You see my "udang masak tiga rasa" below, this is exactly how the food came to us. Honestly it was very bad presentation... Nasib baik rasa ok..

and then our Ikan bakar.. the major disappointment.. you know kalau kite mintak ikan bakar, most of the time, jaranggggggg la sangat ikan bakar without anything on it kan.. i mean, at least ikan tu sure salut dengan rempah sikit-sikit bagi ade rase.. and this is seriously PLAIN ikan bakar.. just harapkan kuah asam jer.. dah la that ikan was so kering.. usually ikan bakar dia ade sikit juicy nyer kan..

and this should be Emir and I's fave dish.. BUT yesss, it was so so so oily, sampai naik jelak nak makan.. makan skit jer.. I jarang review tak best, but with the price that we paid, i think it was not worth at all. The bill was RM114.. tak ke mahal?? kalau sedap Im ok, yang ni I rasa sangat menduka citakan..

Pelik jugak, last time kiterang makan kat sini, tidak la rasa cam gini.. kalau cam gini, sure i tak datang lagi dah.. but this time for sure i takkan datang sini.. i dunno about others, but this is my personal view..
