Baskin Robbins Prize Giving Ceremony... and kejadian tak diingini

and it was the last event for me with Baskin Robbins.. 

Received a call from Vivien and she informed that the management decided to organize a small prize giving ceremony at Sunway Giza on last Friday at 9 pm. So, later in the evening, at first we decided to witness the most talk about Hot Air Balloon in Putrajaya before heading to Kota Damansara. But, you know-lah KL is being cursed every Friday after office hours. The jam was terrible, and the slow moving traffic definitely killing me. So, instead of wasting our time for this unnecessary stress, we then changed our way to Kota Damansara.. when suddently I received another call from Vivien, informing there was a slight changes of the program time, instead of 9 pm, now I have to be there at 8.15pm and that time was already 7pm+. Nasib baik kiterang dah dekat atas jalan.. tau tau la kalau nak tunggu bersiap sorang-sorang tak sempat punye
 

dan selepas itu, kejadian tak diingini berlaku..

ok.. we stopped at one of the R&R to perform our Maghrib prayer (serious lupe but definitely on the way to Kota Damansara la kan)... and Emir followed his father to men's surau. Tak tau laa angin ape, I yang habis solat dulu dari derang, ok most of the time, they have to wait for me :D.. so while i was waiting for them at one of the bench outside the surau, i heard Emir's voice, happily talking to his father.. ok lah kan fine..

SUDDENLY...

i heard his crying.. and it was a terrible, painful cry.. i terus laa berlari... and ...

his finger was smashed in the door!!!.. bayangkan lah budak kecik punye jari telunjuk tu tersepit!! ngeriii ok, and jari dia terbengkok bengkok... mase tu tak de pikir nak amik gambar ok sebab Emir memang menangis gile gile punye....

dalam hati nak je cancel pergi ceremony tu nak bawak pergi doktor, then when I tuned him to some funny story, he stopped crying.. but was not in a good mood. cos everytime he thinks about his finger, he started to cry again... jari bengkok babe..

at that time, the best we could do was put a cold mineral water to his finger sbb dah mule bengkak.. but yes, we were still heading to KD :p.

and the show has started, the co organizer was Radio 98.8 *Chinese radio.. and they had actually something going on before. but by the time we arrived, they were about to present our winning video.. walau dalam keadaan sakit, tengoklah, Emir bangge tau, muke dia ada dalam TV tu, and lagi bangge lepas habis tu orang tepuk tangan...

and you know I just realized, each time, I won something big, Emir has to sacrifice. Remember when I won the American Idol trip to LA, the next day saje Emir was admitted because of H1N1. and now, his bengkok jari... ya ya, maybe kebetulan..

dah namenyer event Baskin Robbins, haruslah dapat makan free Baskin Robbins kan, and Emir has no mood to eat ice cream, can you believe it!! he had no desire at all!! but anyway, we even more bangge cos some audience of that day came to us and congrats us on our winnings... 

and sekian....lepas tu tak bawak Emir pergi doktor pun, dah melompat lompat katak balik :D
